Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) defines the conditions under which a refund of the sign-up fee may be requested by agents or brokers who enter into a Referral Agreement with HomesLand. This Policy remains in effect for 120 days from the date the Referral Agreement is signed.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund Requests

Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Leads

If HomesLand fails to deliver any leads within 120 days from the date of the Referral Agreement and the agent has submitted at least one written request for lead fulfillment.

  • Duplicate or Shared Leads

If any lead provided is found to have been concurrently shared with another agent or broker within our internal network, as confirmed by our support team.

  • Unresponsive Leads

If a lead fails to exhibit any genuine intent to engage in real estate-related activities within nine (9) months of assignment, and documented, reasonable contact attempts can be verified.

  • Pre-Existing Client Relationship

If a lead was already engaged in an active client relationship with the agent or broker at the time of assignment, and this relationship can be substantiated.

  • Non-Preferred Zip Code Acceptance

Leads delivered outside of the agent’s selected service areas (zip codes) — but accepted by the agent — will count toward their monthly lead allocation. These leads are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Request Procedure

Step 1: Reminder for Lead Fulfillment

In cases of non-delivery (Item 1 above), the agent must send a written reminder to HomesLand. If leads are not delivered within 30 days of the reminder, the agent may submit a formal refund request.

Step 2: Report Issues Within 48 Hours

For all other cases (Items 2–5), the issue must be reported in writing within 48 hours of accepting the lead. Supporting evidence must be included. If the concern is validated and a replacement lead is not issued within 30 days, the agent may request a refund for further evaluation.

Timeliness and Validity Requirements

Any concerns regarding lead quality, exclusivity, or prior client relationship must be reported within 48 hours of lead assignment. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the lead being considered valid, with no eligibility for refund or replacement.

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • No refunds will be issued prior to the completion of the 120-day period from the Referral Agreement’s effective date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during sign-up.
  • All refund-related communication must be submitted in writing to: support@homesland.us
  • HomesLand reserves the right to verify all refund claims and to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion, based on the information and documentation provided.
  • Refunds will not be considered if the agent or broker has not signed the Referral Agreement.
  • No refund will be processed if the agent or broker initiates a dispute (e.g., through a payment platform or financial institution) without first providing written notice to HomesLand and allowing for resolution.
